Well folks, Eric and I are pretty much at that turn of the bend aka the countdown for lil Bella's arrival here within the next month! Despite a few preterm labor scares and hospital visits as of late, we have finally completed our prenatal classes, including having both gone to a breastfeeding class (which eric was SO cute and sweet practicing burping with the fake baby lol). We are thinkin' she will come in a few weeks due to the contractions i have been having/ probs/ etc. We even decided not to follow up with the cardiologist (one. b/c bill was SKY high for just one visit!! you'd think insurance would cover such a thing as a possible heart problem (WPW syndrome) and not sex changes, but.. guess not! *shakes head*) , and after Eric gave me a blessing, decided it would most likely subside after the pregnancy was over (and I have learned what triggers the heart / breathing episodes, and try to avoid them at all costs). So, we are just finishing up readin' all our prego books. Eric is reading the expectant father, and I am reading a whole slew of books, such as the best birth, the nursing mother's companion, a baby sleep book (guaranteed to be a life saver in getting your baby to sleep for more hours during the night and other muy importante info., etc.), and so forth. We are too stoked for Isabella to arrive within a few weeks here! :D After the baby shower this saturday (thrown by my wonderful fam.), we are hoping to get more baby stuff and then finally, might have enough money to get a crib and / or dresser for bella so she can finally have something in her room! lol
Anyways, sorry if that all was a lonnnng run-on sentence/ thought thrown into one big paragraph, but... I wanted to throw up some pics of me and my belly starting from the beginning, when I had no bump at all and could not eat or anything worth a heck! , to having lost almost 15 lbs, to towards the end of the middle time finally just literally (we were at IKEA and all of a sudden eric was like... looked at me... and said "holy crap you just like grew liek 4 inches outward in like .. in front of my eyes!) my belly just popped out, including my always-have-been an inny belly button, to my hugely uncomfortable ("walrus heffer state)" phase as of right now...
enjoy (esp the one of me holding the family wood thing saying/ mocking "family.. isn't it about time?" lol)!
